LEDcent always apply highest quality standard material into production, like Meanwell driver, Philips/Cree/Nichia LED chips, high purity aluminum alloy.,etc.  Our QC system always working strictly on the input and output of production. However electronics products have 1-2‰ default products.


After we got any quality complain from our clients, we will reply within 24 hours, and take some necessary actions:

1. To check our material/proudction record, to check out if it is because of workmanship.

2. To require clients to check out if it is the driver/chips quality problem, if the resposiblity is ours, we will send out the qualified products, or semi-products by express courier, so that clients can receive them within one week, all the cost are ours.

3. Above policy must be applied within our products guarantee time.


In some situations like clients don't know how to connect the cables, or the whole projects don't work/light up, we will apply our engineer staff to clients country and help them to check out the problem. The cost should be paid by clients, for this is not quality problem.
